Ubuntu 18.04 Ethernet no gestionado

Tengo un problema en Ubuntu 18.04 que Ethernet no está administrado. Sin embargo, Internet funciona bien, pero me imposibilita configurar el compartir pantalla de vino.

Aquí están algunas salidas:

 superuser@SuperTower:~$ nmcli d

superuser@SuperTower:~$ cat /etc/netplan/01-network-manager-all.yaml

He intentado soluciones de varias preguntas aquí y también

 superuser@SuperTower:~$ sudo nmcli dev set eno1 managed yes

pero nada ayuda. Todavía no gestionado. ¿Algunas ideas?

Esto parece hacer la magia:

 superuser@SuperTower:~$ cat /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf
[main]
plugins=ifupdown,keyfile

[ifupdown]
managed=true

[device]
wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=no

superuser@SuperTower:~$ cat /usr/lib/NetworkManager/conf.d/10-globally-managed-devices.conf
[keyfile]
unmanaged-devices=*,except:type:wifi,except:type:wwan

superuser@SuperTower:~$ cat /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/10-globally-managed-devices.conf
[keyfile]
unmanaged-devices=none

Además, simplemente reiniciar el servicio de administrador de red no ayudó. Sólo reinicio completo.
