No todos los PHP 7.4 están disponibles en 20.04

Acabo de hacer una do-release-upgrade que salió bien, pero todavía estoy atascado en PHP 7.3.

$ apt install php7.4

lo gracioso es que no todos los PHP 7.4 están disponibles en APT

Intenté eliminar el PPA de Ondrej, apt clean, actualizar/actualizar, apt install -f sin éxito.

¿Tienes alguna idea de qué podría ser?
